get yourself a traffic

I just suddenly brought to my mind earlier then that I’m blogging for a year and two months now, but to tell you honestly there are still a lot of labels, lingos, and all those engines that evolves around the blogosphere. For me, the worst thing that would ever happen to a blogger is losing his/her page rank. It’s a terrible thing that after all your efforts, not to mention that you actually do felt a sense of fulfillment because you reached that level of PR then just one day as you check your site you loose everything?! I have 3 sites that from PR2 went down to 0, and one site that from PR3 now is PR2 (should i tell to myself that I’m still a child of God? LOL) I just wish that I have special powers and Tokens to keep my PRs alive hehehe..

Anyway, I just found out that there is a site that has actually a powerful method that will enable us to gain Alexa Rank easily @ TrafficEra Oh yes! We all knew that we need, as well, high trafficking for our blogs? The Human traffic is what the interest here, connecting people from all over the world – creating contacts from marketers, advertisers, potential customers, and all other valuable contacts. What’s the best part here is joining is for FREE! Oh well, we do love free stuff hahaha.. so don’t hesitate for a Clock Race because it’s now TIME TO CONNECT!

Drinking Bottled Water Kept in Your Car

She was on the Ellen show, Sheryl Crow reveals to everyone how she got breast cancer.

Crow’s doctor said: women should not drink bottled water that has been left in a car. The doctor said that the heat and the plastic of the bottle have certain chemicals that can lead to breast cancer. So please be careful and do not drink that water bottle that has been left in a car and pass this on to all the women in your life. This information is the kind we need to know and be aware and just might save us!!!! The heat causes toxins from the plastic to leak into the water and they have found these toxins in breast tissue. Use a stainless Steel Canteen or a glass bottle when you can!!

Alzheimer’s Disease

I was to meet Jennifer this afternoon to complete all the requirements needed for my credit card application in their company. She let me decide where to meet that would be convenient enough on my part, I told her to meet up at DCWD-Victoria Plaza so that I would be able to pay-up our company’s water bill too. I was kinda jittered while setting-off in the office, I don’t know why… Maybe because of this why things went wrong. Donna and I already crossed the busy high way when I realized that I don’t bring with me the check intended to pay our water bill. Oh my gosh!! I’ve always been like this lately, reason that made me so bothered that maybe I’m so near having the risk of Alzheimer’s Disease. My grandfather died having this disease, and I’m so much worried that this will pass in my blood since heredity is one factor that affects in this thing. Alzheimer’s is really a weird disease - it’s so frightening, and so heart-breaking for both the patient and his/her loved one. Imagine, you will forgot everything about your experiences, friends, family, and even yourself… as in all will be erased in your memory. I knew this since I, myself have witnessed it all from my late grandpa. What really scares me most is that not only the old ones could get this. As young as mid-20’s age could have Alzheimer’s, oh well that’s much more painful.. what a terrible fate!

According to research, our lifestyle could affect our risk of contracting diseases such as Alzheimer’s. In April 2007 issue of Reader’s Digest, they imparting us 7 things we can do to keep our brain sharp in old age.

1. DRINK ALCOHOLIn moderation! A US study of older women who reportedly have one or two drinks a day had a 40% lower risk of cognitive decline than those who claimed to drink nothing.

2. EAT APPLES - Fresh apples have high concentrations of QUERCETIN, an antioxidant that may fight the damage done by free radicals to brain cells.

3. EAT BROCCOLI - Green, leafy vegetables such as spinach, Brussels sprouts and broccoli are rich in FOLATE. Studies in men aged 50 to 85 found that those with more folate in their blood showed less decline in verbal fluency.

4. EAT OILY FISH – Omega-3 fatty acid found in mackerel, salmon and sardines reduces 70% of building-up of blood plaques that are a hallmark of the disease.

 5. EAT LESS

6. TRY EXERCISE

7. LOOK AFTER YOUR TICKER - High LDL cholesterol, high blood pressure, smoking and diabetes are all known to be risk factors for heart disease, but a study of 9,000 people found that they also raised the risk of dementia - by 46% for diabetes, 42% for high cholesterol, 26% for smoking, and 24% for hypertension. These are cumulative; if you’ve got all four then your risk is boosted by 237%.
